The ideal applicant will have a good development background In Object Orientated programming and will have worked on various FLEX based projects over the last 3 years. The ideal candidate will have worked on high profile or complex web applications and want to work in a highly focused development environment. It is about the breadth of experience for this role, the more projects you have worked on the better.
