BUSINESS ANALYST - SOFTWARE DEV UML - WEST SUSSEX

Job Description:
At the forefront of the media industry, this diverse and dynamic market leader are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with UML skills to join their team. This role has come about due to a want of this company to stay at the cutting edge of technology - they are after Business Analysts who use creative approaches to solving in-house problems and having ability to talk to all levels of management. As one of a team of Business Analysts you will responsible for working on gathering requirements, building functional specifications and implementing change of a new software system. The core function of the role to communicate effectively to the technical, development and management teams in a structured environment. The role is business focused. Essential skills for this role include knowledge and experience using structured methodologies to work on software development programs. UML and experience with functional specifications is also important. Ideally all candidates will also have experience in the media industry although this is not essential. German is also a bonus although again it is not essential. This company will suit analysts with strong communication skills and a want to really thrive in a team environment. The company is offering a great salary up to £45k with a large scope for career progression. They are looking for someone to come on board straight away!
