Job Description:
Business Development Executives required by leading B2B organisation based in Central Reading, Berkshire This client, a leader in their specific field, are looking to recruit 2 BD Exec's to join their fast-paced sales team. You'll be working in a target driven environment, developing business with local, national and international organisations. The products they sell are much in demand, and leads/contacts will be offered to you from their established CRM system. This role is going to suit focussed and determined Sales people who are keen to take the next step in their career. In terms of reward - like most sales roles the base salary is nothing to get too excited about, the prospect of earning a 6 figure salary is very realistic after the first years training (good applicants can expect to earn £50-80k first year). The majority of key attributes required for this role are more characteristics of individuals as opposed to 'skills'. They need people with natural ambition, an awe of confidence, a determination to succeed, money motivated, strong people skills and the willingness and desire to work hard to achieve their monetary goals. This specific company truly believe that sales skills can be learnt whilst these key attributes listed cant - they will therefore invest time and money in developing raw talent.
