SQL Server developer / Architect required for can only be described as one of the most exciting SQL developer's positions I've ever had the privilege of working on!!! The company are the leading provider of database marketing solutions throughout the UK and Europe. They are looking to recruit an experienced SQL Server developer to take ownership of one of their key flagship products installed at over 396 blue chips Europe-wide. They are looking to revelop this application from the ground and up. They are therefore looking for someone who can redesign and develop this application from scratch. Core skills required for this position include SQL Server 2005, ideally 2008 too and strong TSQL. As well as strong technical skills, applicants must also be the right type of character too - this is equally as important to them as technical skills. It's a very buzzy/fast moving environment, continual interacting with peers and stakeholder's alike. A down to earth and friendly character is therefore essential - along with strong people and communication skills.
