Job Description:
Analyst Programmers and Development Manager (AS400 and RPG or Insurance) urgently required for a leading Insurer based in Sussex. Analyst Programmers, Senior Analyst Programmers (AS400 and RPG or Insurance) will join a newly formed development team responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of systems developed in AS400 / RPG. AS400 Analyst Programmers will have experience of RPG or will have developed AS400 within the insurance industry and have a good understanding of an insurance environment. Development managers will have a track record of developing AS400 and be experienced managing and developing an AS400 development team including performance appraisals and objective setting, day to day motivation of the team, creation of development plans / resource planning and resource allocation, etc. The successful AS400 Analyst Programmers (Insurance or RPG) will earn circa £40-60k plus excellent benefits and the successful AS400 Development Manager (Insurance or RPG) will earn circa £80-100k plus excellent benefits.
