Job Description:
Service Support Manager Managed Service 55k + Pension + Healthcare South West London Key Role! This thriving IT Consultancy and Managed Solutions Company require an experienced client-facing Service Support Manager with a Managed Service Background to head their Managed Services Team at their HQ based in South West London. The Service Support Manager will be ITIL certified. In addition, a technical understanding of Linux and UNIX would be extremely desirable. A background in Service Support with a Managed Services is required. Duties will include: Effective leadership and mentoring of the Services Team Members Management of SLAs to ensure these are not breached Production of Service Desk Data Efficient management of Out of Hours resources to ensure coverage Maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and external clients Change Management This role will suit a proven people manager with a technical background and strong communication skills, and will provide the opportunity to join a fast-paced and expanding company in a highly desirable key business role.
