'First Point' have seen unprecedented success over the last 9 years.  We have the IT market conquered and are now looking to diversify into new territory. We are looking to adapt the same business model within the HR field and are looking to set-up a new Greenfield HR Recruitment Practise within our Reading office.  This project is exceptionally well funded and already has a broad client base in place.  We are looking for real 'go getters' individuals who are keen to really put their stamp on this exciting new venture. Due to the diversity of the positions available, there is no firm job spec for this position.  We are considering both: Experienced consultants within the HR field who are looking to take ownership of such a venture.  Successful applicants will be extremely well rewarded for their success (up to 40% commission on all billings plus generous base salary) offering them the opportunity to take future ownership of this venture, as well as hire/recruit their own team to support their business efforts.  Expected earnings at this level are in excess of £120,000. Fresh Talent with a genuine desire to succeed in the Business World.  Your overwhelming desire to achieve in combination with our award winning training is only going to prove fruitful for all parties. You will find yourself becoming a real part of an exciting, new venture the harder you work and the more effort you put in, the quicker you'll develop yourself and in return the more earnings you'll receive.  Expected earnings at this level are in excess of £50,000 (year one).
