Training
Our training programme is very direct - there is no wasted motion. Consultants build a combination of technical and business knowledge, sales and human rescoring skills. It's a broad program equally applicable as a general business education as it is specifically to recruitment. You will train as a Consultant from day one working closely with an experienced mentor who will explain each aspect of the job as you come to that particular part of the recruitment process. From the start Consultants receive intensive training on a technical level to form a broad understanding of IT and how this specifically relates to a business purpose. Then they develop a more specific knowledge of the specialist tools and techniques within their technical market. This is combined with building a thorough understanding of how to take requirements from clients and candidates, network, explain what you do to potential clients and develop new business, complete vetting processes, and frame jobs and candidates in an appropriate manner.
