When we hire staff we are always looking for the future leaders of our business. Initially your aim will likely be to increase your earning potential, but any Consultants demonstrating a strong competence in the job will be offered the chance to hire and develop their own team, hopefully leading to establishing their own office. Unlike larger and more bureaucratic recruitment companies, we don't put a range of targets in place to promote our managers - we just ask "can this person manage and do they want to manage?" - if the answers are positive, we train you to manage. Those not interested in management career paths can cultivate opportunities in Account Management, internal training and recruitment, or discuss new commission structures allowing further increases of earning potential.
IT Recruitment is a very wide ranging and challenging job, requiring the development of a broad range of skills employable in many other careers. Ex-Consultants no longer wishing to remain in the industry can apply these to pure sales jobs, internal recruitment, human resources, business management, or even IT itself. IT Recruitment is probably the most challenging sales role there is.
