Our service entails, but is not limited to: an edited advertisement of your vacancy being posted on at least five Internet job boards, thorough searching of our own unique and actively maintained database, thorough searching of the five market leading internet job boards, and - if relevant - direct approaches to "passive" job seekers via head hunting. If we need to headhunt, we headhunt - we don't charge you extra for it.
As well as these two paid services we will also go out of our way to provide free services to clients. Want a salary survey? Want a report on skills availability for a particular technical market? Want an appraisal of salary or benefits patterns over the last four years? Want to know how to effectively write a job spec? Want some examples of how jobs are structured in IT departments? Just ask! We personally prepare these sorts of documents all the time for clients who find them extremely useful and more informative than something you might pay an HR Consultancy £1000 for. Just because we offer Recruitment Consultancy services doesn't mean we're just sales people.
